Has anyone had crooked-nose surgery and then had everything removed?

My natural nose had quite severe crookedness and a hump, and my nose was also on the large side. During the first surgery consultation, my nasal bridge was already on the higher side, so while having rhinitis surgery, I had surgery without an implant, using only autologous tissue, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage in the nasal tip. After surgery, my nose became bigger, and the hump came back as the nasal tip cartilage drooped, to the point that I wondered if they had even shaved the hump. The nose that had looked crooked became higher and looked even more crooked, so I requested an AS. There were two directors, and I had the AS with the representative director, redoing it with hump osteotomy and autologous costal cartilage. The crooked nose was not perfectly corrected, but still, compared to before...
