If you do cartilage repositioning, does the nasal tip spread slightly less and look narrower? Please tell me the price, aftercare, and how it looks nowㅜㅠㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
