First and third photos are my natural nose, front and side views. Fourth is the operated nose. Fifth and sixth are the nose after removal. For reference, I had septal cartilage, 4 mm silicone on the nasal bridge, and a slight shaving of the dorsal hump 1 No, when I look up other removal posts, they say the nose gets lower because the dorsal hump on the bridge was shaved, but seriously my nose is bulkyㅋㅋㅋㅋ This makes no sense, really 2 Actually I did gain a bit of weight too ㅠㅠ But why isn’t it getting lower like my original nose? It used to be a slim nose, haha. After removal, the nasal bridge is high, and why is my nose so bulky? As time passes…
