For reference, I had septal cartilage, 4 mm silicone on the nasal bridge, and a slight shaving of the dorsal hump 1 No, when I look up other removal posts, they say the nose gets lower because the dorsal hump on the bridge was shaved, but seriously my nose is bulky This makes no sense, really 2 Actually I did gain a bit of weight too But why isn’t it getting lower like my original nose?
