I only raised the nasal tip without an implant, but I’m thinking about complete removal because it’s grotesquely high and hard to breathe. My original nose had a slight hump, and they said they slightly shaved the hump during my first surgery. If I do complete removal, will it become a hump again? I don’t want to end up with a hump noseㅠㅠ
