I'm thinking of having surgery to raise my nasal bridge and reduce my nostril width, but if I do it and my image becomes worse than before, would it be possible to remove the silicone and return to the image I had before surgery? When I asked people around me, they said there are cases where people remove it, but I've never actually seen it ㅠㅠ
