Has anyone asked how they reinforce the nose if signs of saddle nose appear during removal surgery? If you heard an answer, please leave a comment. Also, I’m curious whether people who had surgery at ㅍㄹㅁ are satisfied, and whether they pay careful attention to columellar suturing.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
