It's been over 20 years since I got nasal silicone, but since last year, bumps like acne have been coming up intermittently on the tip of my noseㅠ At first, I thought it was a skin problem, so I squeezed them and they would disappear, but these days it just seems like they're always thereㅠ If this is a side effect, I just want to remove the silicone, but does anyone know if another side effect can happen after removal? Please help
