When doing total removal, what should I use to close the open roof? Would fascia or ear cartilage be possible? At ㅊㅁ, they’re only talking about total removal, at ㅅㅇ they say there’s no functional defect and that the septum should be left in place while removing the rest, and at ㄱㅇㅅ they say total removal should be done and then autologous costal cartilage should be usedㅜㅜ Has anyone here resolved an open roof? For now, my septum can’t be used anymore.
