Could contracture or columellar retraction get worse? I currently have contracture and columellar retraction. The silicone has been removed, and the nasal tip and septum are still remaining, but I want to remove these too. I asked the clinic, and they said it could get worse.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
