I had autologous costal cartilage in the nasal tip, a support graft, and silicone all removed at the one-month mark, and now I’m on day 3. As time passes, will the alar base get a little thinner too, or if a contraction phase comes, etc.? It feels like my alar base has become wider than my old noseㅠㅠ And I wonder if the nasal tip will come down a little too. From the front, I feel like my nostrils are showing just a tiny bit more than before. Lastly, the director who removed my nose implants said my alar cartilage should look like the top of the photo, but it had become deformed and ended up like the bottom. He also said it would be difficult to return perfectly to my old nose …
