I'm planning to remove all the silicone and ear cartilage, and my natural nose tip didn't look lifted, but now after surgery my nasal tip looks too lifted ㅠ Since right after surgery, maybe because of the ear cartilage, the nasal tip did look lifted, so I don't think it's contractureㅠㅠ If I only do complete removal in this state, the nasal tip won't come down like my natural nose, right ㅠㅠ I guess I would have to lower it with the septum or something, right? If I lower it with the septum, are there no side effectsㅠㅠ After complete removal, I never want to have nose surgery again...
