Hello. I’m an office worker, and I’ll have about a week free in early June, so I’m planning revision surgery. About 5 years ago in another region, I got silicone inserted in the nasal bridge, but the tip of the silicone was showing through, so I had AS done by raising the nasal tip with ear cartilage. But as time passed, I ended up having a cartilage show-through problem too ㅠㅠ The cartilage show-through is one thing, but it has shifted to one side, so when you look from both sides, the nose shape is different, and it’s so stressful ㅠㅠ I’m satisfied with the shape, so I only want to operate on the nasal tip minimally, like replacing the cartilage and adding dermis, but can this be done within a week...

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
