My original natural nose was short, bulbous, and I didn’t have much of a columella. But now that I have silicone and a strut in place, I do have a columella. But if I remove all the implants now and even the strut is gone, can the columellar shape be formed with cartilage repositioning? I’d like everyone here who already had full removal to let me knowㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
