Tip show-through, especially when smiling; columella droops a lot; nostril asymmetry; the left and right sides of the nose look completely different; the area behind the nasal tip is sunken; the nasal bridge is crooked; the inside of the nose is shifted to one side, etc. Because of these issues, I decided on revision surgery after 5 years and first went around to consultations at 3 places. 1. The director said to use ear cartilage and dermis from behind the ear and focus on nasal tip surgery, not touching the nasal bridge, and shave the columella. 2. The director said to use scalp dermis and ear cartilage, focus on the nasal tip surgery while using the septal cartilage as much as possible, replace the silicone, and shave the columella. 3. The director said no, no, no to ear cartilage, absolutely use costal cartilage, change the silicone...
