My natural nose did have a somewhat upturned look. They said they barely harvested the septum itself, and that my nose originally had very little septal cartilage. But they said they did a lot of septal extension, and they also said they didn’t remove much nasal tip fat, just a little. In this kind of case, if everything is removed, is there a high chance my nose will turn upward? I want to go back to my natural nose, ha
