I want a nose like this, but I heard SMG isn’t good at creating the line. What do you think? I currently have donated costal cartilage in my nose, but the nasal tip shows through and looks long, so I’m considering doing it at JY. I want a straight-to-slightly-curved line. Do you think they’ll do it well? They suggested using ear cartilage, but won’t it get absorbed?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
