I had cartilage tying done, but my nostrils show much more from the front than before, and the upper part looks pinched into a triangular shapeㅠㅠ Since I didn’t use an implant, surely it’s not contracture, right? It must look that way because of the cartilage tying at the nasal tip, right? One thing I’m wondering is, if I remove the nose surgery materials, the cartilage tying would also be released, so wouldn’t the nose height become lower and the nostrils show a bit less? But when I searched here and there, there were also cases saying it looked pinched after removal… or that the nostrils showed more after removal. Why would that happen?
