Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

The last hospital I visited told me not to do my nose, or if I do, to only do the tip, so I’m conflicted.

I got a consultation because I was concerned about my bulbous nose, and because my nasal tip is high, there’s a step-off even though I have a nasal bridge. They suggested either putting in thin silicone or lightly shaving down the dorsal hump, and for the nasal tip, the usual places said ear cartilage, while places specializing in revision surgery suggested donated costal cartilage without contracture, so I was thinking it over. But yesterday, at one additional consultation, they told me not to touch my nose. They said it would disrupt the overall feeling of my face, and if I really do it, just tie the nasal tip and slightly fill the step-off around the tip. They said it would actually be more effective to work on the eyes and, since my chin is recessed, use an implant/liposuction to enhance the line.
