It has been exactly 3 weeks since my revision rhinoplasty. I had silicone inserted in the nasal bridge and bulbous nose correction using autologous costal cartilage, but ever since the splint was removed, the nostril asymmetry has looked very severe. Should I still wait and see, or is the columella actually deviated as I thought? 1 In the photo, the left nasal ala looks thicker; is that because of swelling? The right nasal ala in the photo is thinner. 2 I did expect some degree of uneven nostrils, but the difference is too severe. The nostril on the right side also looks small, in a 11-shaped form. 3 The columella also feels deviated to the left. Is all of this swelling...
