I had it done with septal cartilage and silicone 12 years ago, but my nasal tip is too crooked, so I’m planning full removal. The most important thing to me is that there should be as little swelling as possible after surgery. A review from someone who had it done at ㅅㅅㅇ said they didn’t even use a splint or put in cotton after surgery. Is that really true? ㅜㅜ
