I was told they would only shave it slightly because of the hump, and I had surgery using 3 mm silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage. As far as I know, the cartilage wasn’t tied, so I don’t know why pinching of the nasal ala happened. If I remove it, can the pinched part go back to how it was beforeㅜㅜ I have both a foreign body sensation and tenderness, but it’s not frequent, only sometimes. I was told sensitive people can feel that, so I lived without paying much attention to it. But now that I’m looking up removal reviews, I wonder if this might also be a side effect. Besides ㄱㅇㅅ, ㅅㅅㅇ, and ㅍㄹㅁ, are there any other places worth going to? And people who had removal at the big three …
