At the clinic where I had my first surgery, I’m planning to remove the whole septal support graft and the stacked ear cartilage. Has anyone had the nose turn up or the columella retract? ㅠㅠ I hate the fixed feeling after surgery, the anxiety, and the shape, so I’m removing them because I want to go back to my original nose ㅠㅠ Also, I asked the clinic whether it was septal extension or a support graft, and they said something like it’s a support graft, but the support graft also serves an extension role, so I don’t know whether it’s a support graft or an extension support graft either ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
