I was born with an upturned nose, and it’s been 2 years since I had silicone 2 mm, hump reduction, septal extension, a columellar strut, and ear cartilage used. I went for a consultation today, and they said that because of my facial structure with a protruding mouth, the nose should only have been lowered, but since the height was also raised, the nose became even more upturned. They recommended removing everything, and they said that even if I do it, there won’t be columellar retraction or a dent on the nasal bridge, and the nose will also come down. But I’m wondering if I can believe all of thisㅠ Is there anyone with a nose shape similar to mine who had removal at PRM? ㅠㅠ Please share infoㅠㅠ Since they say everything is possible, I’m kind of anxious, and there aren’t any review photos either…
