My original nose is bulbous, but it was raised with 45 silicone and septal cartilage, so it looks too unnatural and my eye shape changed too, making me look fierce. So I want full removal, but when is the best time to remove it? Please leave comments I’ll try to endure until then. I’m scared of side effects, sob
