Has anyone tried columella extension with ear cartilage? I’ve had nose surgery for the 5th time, but my nasal tip gradually became indented, and there’s depression around the columella, so I’m scared to have surgery againㅠㅠ Since they said nasal tip surgery is simple, I’m thinking of doing it at ㄹㅋㅋㅠㅠ Please help meㅠㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
