These are before and after surgery. If I remove it, will it go back? Really? And the surgical nose doesn’t look like it from the front, but when photographed from below, I can see it’s crooked to one side. If I remove the donated costal cartilage support, it’ll be okay, right? I’d rather go back to an ugly bulbous nose. I don’t want to live with a high, slim nose that looks obviously operated on. Has anyone had it made this high and then removed it? I feel like I haven’t seen many people who had theirs raised this pointily like mine.
