I want to remove the silicone from my nasal bridge and nasal tip and have it redone with autologous costal cartilage and cartilage. Are there any famous hospitals? What I’m so curious about is, if you do it with silicone, there’s a high possibility it’ll get lower, and if you do it with autologous costal cartilage, does the nose shape stay exactly the same? Then I guess it’s definitely better to do it properly the first time with autologous costal cartilageㅠㅠ
