If dermis is used for the nose, is there a very high possibility that it will be absorbed and sink? I’ve heard things like that ㅠㅠㅠ People also often say ear cartilage droops… Then does septal cartilage not droop? I like a natural look, so I want to use ear cartilage, but they only use one ear, right? One of my ears is piercedㅠ
