Hi, I’m finally writing my review. 10 years ago, I had silicone rhinoplasty, septal extension, ear cartilage, and AlloDerm. The nasal tip drooped. It became difficult to breathe because of a deviated septum. It gradually bent more, and breathing became even harder. I had no silicone inflammation, swelling, itching, etc. at all. 440. Two days before surgery, because of extreme anxiety, I came into this community dozens of times a day, but after hearing kind words from good people here, I calmed down and, for the time being, came in less often for a few days.
