I’m looking into revision surgery, and I’m thinking about removing Gore-Tex, removing septal extension, and lifting the nasal tip. I had mostly been looking into the top 3 places for removal, but the reviews for Director SJS at JS were all good. But there are only overly good reviews, so I’m not sure what to think. My original nose was a blunt arrow-shaped nose, so at first I thought about removing the septal extension and doing columellar support, but I wondered if it might be possible with only cartilage repositioning. The cartilage repositioning reviews here are good, so I started looking into it. Has anyone here had it done here?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
