I’m only doing the nasal tip with donated costal cartilage, and honestly, I want to do it once and never touch it againㅜㅜ I’m scared. I feel like someday I’ll have to get revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage. I can accept the nasal tip getting lower, but if it lowers while becoming crooked or becomes uneven, then you have no choice but to get revision surgery. Is there anyone here who had implant-free rhinoplasty and then got revision surgery?
