I had revision surgery because the bridge of my nose was crooked and the tip was drooping, and those parts improved. But when viewed from below, the columella is tilted. The columella was slightly tilted before surgery, and now that the nasal tip is higher, it feels even more tiltedㅜㅜ Why didn’t they straighten the columella? Usually, in cases where the columella is tilted like this, does it stay tilted the same way even after the swelling goes down, with no improvement? I just keep looking in the mirror at home, and every day feels depressingㅜㅜㅜ
