I had a full nose implant removal in June and left the capsule in place. When I was going around for consultations, one place said I’d need to use autologous dermis at the nasal tip to prevent depression, so in the end, after going around for consultations, I had the removal done at my original plastic surgery clinic and put autologous dermis only in the nasal tip. For reference, the left tip already looks sunken like a depression, but in person it isn’t very noticeable, so I’m just leaving it alone It has been over 6 months now, but ever since removal, there has continuously been a whistling whoosh-whoosh sound from my nose. Around September, I went to an ENT clinic that also does cosmetic surgery to check, and they said it wasn’t a nasal septal perforation, but I keep hearing this sound and breathing…
