After rhinoplasty, I get a ton of flaky skin around the columella, and foundation doesn’t apply well to the columella ㅠ ㅠ It gets cakey every time. It’s like that even if I apply a lot of moisturizer. Is there anyone like me?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
