After my first surgery failed, I really hoped the second one would be the last, but in the end, I hate how my columella is crooked and the contracture is severe, so I’m looking for information again in this community. Since I wanted to stop getting cosmetic surgery, I didn’t do any online or in-person research for quite a long time, and now a lot of clinics have changed, and the prices seem to have gone up a lot, maybe reflecting inflation I feel so lost about what to do. I really hope this revision surgery goes well without failure.
