The silicone is crooked, so I'm scheduled for revision surgery. If septal cartilage has already been used once, the support base gets a lot weaker, right? If surgery is done using autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage, in a way that reinforces it by setting up a septal support strut, would that be much better? I got recommendations for RU and Chamin, so I've sent consultation inquiries, but has anyone used septal cartilage first
