Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

After nose removal, could nasal tip cartilage suturing make a crooked nose look more noticeable?

During my first surgery, I had donor costal cartilage, septal cartilage, hump reduction, osteotomy, and silicone inserted as well. After that, I had removal done and had nasal tip cartilage suturing. Maybe it’s because I’m only now looking at my nose closely, or because during removal they lifted my drooping original nose, making the nasal tip higher and bringing in both sides of the nose, but the crooked nose seems more noticeable. Are there cases where nasal tip cartilage suturing makes a crooked nose look more prominent?
