As the title says, after removing the nasal silicone and nasal tip material, is it possible to do only filler? My nose feels hard and uncomfortable, so I’m curious if anyone has tried it. I had silicone, and the nasal tip was done with septal cartilage. It wasn’t raised that much, so I think filler would be enough for the shape. If hospital recommendations are possible, please share them too.
