They said I could decide midway through the surgery whether to do complete removal or use a support graft, and that they could show me the removed state. What I'm curious about for now is that when I had a consultation before, I think I was also told I could decide whether to use MegaDerm during the surgery after looking in a mirror. Would they be showing me my face when the nose hasn't been sutured yet? If so, I think that would be too horrifying.
