I had my hump shaved down, used donated costal cartilage, and had cartilage placed in the nasal tip. If I have everything removed, could there be a side effect where the nose turns upward? Is there a high chance it will go back to my original nose? My old nose had a high nasal bridge, but the nasal tip drooped downward when I smiled. The nasal tip wasn’t high.
