Hi everyoneㅜ I’m someone who was thinking about total nasal implant removal, then out of nowhere heard an opinion about reconstruction with autologous costal cartilage and got mentally shaken ㅋㅋ쿠ㅜㅜㅜ But I’ve only had a consultation at exactly one place so far, so I’m still putting my hopes on total removalㅜ and I’m planning to go to as many consultations as possible. So I’m not in a situation where I’m seriously considering autologous costal cartilage reconstruction, but since it’s information I already heard, I got curious again and searched around here and there. But it seems like there are some people who, after nose surgery with autologous costal cartilage, either had total removal or are considering total removal, even though it wasn’t necessarily because of a complication …

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
