This time my plastic surgery went wrong, so I want to remove the donated costal cartilage and silicone, but I’m scared because there are comments saying that if the support strut is removed, the nose will collapse or columellar retraction will occur. But when I had consultations at ㅍㄹㅁ and ㅊㅁ, they were positive and said removal is possible. Is there anyone who has had donated costal cartilage removed? Please let me know what it was like after doing it.
