I had a crooked nose, and during surgery I had osteotomy, septal extension with donated costal cartilage, and silicone implant surgery. After surgery, the crooked nose was corrected to some extent, but some crookedness remains, and I want to remove the silicone because of the foreign-body sensation. But right now, the silicone is at least straight, so it doesn’t look crooked; I think if I take it out, the crookedness will be extremely noticeable, and I’m worried the septum will become crooked again too. 1 Has anyone had surgery together when removing a crooked nose/septal implant? 2 I only know ㄱㅅㅇ, so I’ve had a consultation there, but can anyone recommend other hospitals too?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
