I’m planning to have removal done at ㅍㄹㅁ, and I want to remove the nasal tip septal cartilage and ear cartilage with no implant. If anyone has had removal done at ㅍㄹㅁ, could you please let me know the estimate and your review? Please. Once I remove it, I’m never even looking at rhinoplasty again ㅠㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
