For reference, I only had a consultation for removal at this hospital. I didn’t go anywhere else. It’s still only day 17, so there’s still plenty of swelling, but I still like how the nasal tip looks rounded and soft. For my primary nose surgery, I had silicone in the nasal bridge, hump osteotomy and rasping, a septal support graft for the nasal tip, donated costal cartilage, and long-nose correction. My nose was originally high and large, but after the first surgery it looked like a witch nose, so I was stressed for 6 months and got an AS revision at the first-surgery hospital. But even after the AS revision, the witch-nose look and sharp pointed tip didn’t go away. So I started looking into removal hospitals. I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
