I hate that distinctive, kind of plump and stuffy-looking shape you get after rhinoplasty so much that it’s driving me crazyㅠㅜㅠ I know it couldn’t be helped because my skin is on the thicker side and I have a bulbous nose, but once one thing started bothering me, now that kind of shape bothers me too. What kind of surgery do celebrities even get for their noses to look so natural and slim? Sob. Would it get a bit better if I removed it? When I had my natural nose, it was round, but I don’t think it had this kind of plump feelingㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
