I had silicone inserted in the nasal bridge, and septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used for the nasal tip. I also had septal extension and bulbous nose correction added. My original nose was short and wide with a bulbous tip, so I think there was a lot of manipulation doneㅠㅠ I think it’s been about a year and a half since the surgery, but my nasal tip has been gradually drooping, and my nose feels like it’s getting longer and protruding more forward. The cartilage placed in the columella area is also gradually protruding and showing through whitish. The part showing through near the columella is on the lower side, so it’s not very noticeable. Looking at posts, I feel like I’ve seen ones about the nasal tip drooping and the nose becoming Squidward-like…
