I had all of the nasal support removed two weeks after my nose surgery, and now it is day 12, but only the left side inside the nose, the nostril has narrowed so I can’t breathe ㅜ Is this scar tissue? Is it that the mucous membrane is swollen? ㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
