I’ll be okay for a few days, and then it suddenly shows up again, like it came in without even knocking. Ha, this is hard. Every time the anxiety hits, even my family has to walk on eggshells and gets affected, so I feel so sorry I could die. I don’t want to be like this either. I’m just waiting for the number of months until it can be removed, but getting through each day is so hard. Why did I mess with it for no reason and bring all this suffering on myself? I’m seriously so annoyed by this anxiety.
