Hi, I’m in my 3rd year after nose surgery, and I had septal extension using septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone. I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
